Rutherford County Arts Council and Rutherford Community Theatre presentation. A new play by J. Patrick Moss. $5 at the door. Proceeds benefit the Chase Drama Program, the Communty Theatre's performing program and the Arts Council's after school program. J. Patrick Moss takes on the triple role of writing, direct and acting. He is a Rutherford County native and has over 24 years of stage experience.

Grillin' & Chillin' is an annual event sponsored by Rutherford County Cooperative Extension highlighting local foods and local chefs. Demonstrations will feature grilled meats and vegetables, fresh fruits and whole grain breads, and cooking with herbs. Enjoy food samples, door prizes, and exhibits. Tickets are $10 per person and may be purchased at Cooperative Extension.

Ages 6-14. Camp is staffed by Forest City Owls coaches and players who give instruction on all areas of the game of baseball, including hitting, fielding, pitching and base running. Each camper recieves a t-shirt and a ticket to an Owls game during the week of their camp. A pizza party follows the last day.
