Forest City Owls to Face Peninsula for Title...Come for the Game and Stay in the Blue Ridge Foothills

The Owls will host game two of the Coastal Plain League Petitt Cup Championship best of three series Thursday night, August 13 at McNair Field. Game time is 7:05 and gates open at 5:30. The Owls will play the number two seed Peninsula Pilots. Game one will be on the road Wednesday August 12. Should a third game be needed it will be played at McNair Field Friday night August 14 at 7:05 p.m.. Single game tickets are available at the gate and are $9 for box seats, $8 for reserved general admission, $7 for adult general admission, and $5 for youth and senior general admission. Come for the game and stay for the weekend in the Blue Ridge Foothills. The Hot Nights & Cool Rides Classic Car Show will be held in Downtown Forest City on Saturday August 15.
